Salon Policies

RESERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICY – Your prescheduled appointments are very important to us. When you schedule an appointment with a staff member @ Head2Toe, that time is reserved and held just for you. Please understand that many times, other clients have requested that same time slot. If you miss your appointment, or cancel, without ample notice, we are unable to fill that time slot with anyone waiting on the stand by list. It is also lost revenue for the salon/spa. It is for these reasons we now have a strict cancellation policy in effect.

We understand that it can be easy to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago. We also realize that sometimes scheduling adjustments are necessary. We therefore respectfully ask that you notify us (in writing) if you need to cancel or reschedule, and haven’t already done so, by the time you receive your final confirmation message, allowing 48 hours notice.

Any one hour or shorter appointments cancelled less than 24 hours, and appointments longer than one hour cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, will be charged 100% of the prescheduled service fee.

Appointments booked within less than 24 hours are considered confirmed, and will be subject to the same fee. This fee will also apply if we are unable to perform your prescheduled service because you showed up unprepared.
